Geoff, This will be the last post about marijuana from me, but I must disagree with you about the effects of pot, as related to those of cigarettes.
On several occasions, I have seen normally nice people go berserk after smoking weed. In one case, a talented musician, with a mellow life style normally, nearly beat his wife to death before anyone could figure out what he was doing in the back room. When the effect wore off, he could not remember why he did it. These I have seen with my own eyes, so don't try to bull sh** me.
Your zeal about making pot legal, indicates to me, that you are heavy in the habit, and want some verification. That won't come from me. If it ever becomes legal, I don't feel that I could be against it under those circumstances, but still will not condone it.
Obviously, this is an unpopular issue on this thread, so it would be better if you take that topic elsewhere. |
