I trust Seagates management to represent me as a stock holder about as far as I can throw them ... I'm invested in WDC. I like the management and feel they will do well by me. I also think they look at the business in the right light (low cost, quality, commodity product). I also think they have the right level of vertical integration (with thier head business). -- Rich
