You may be right, but you don't have a link showing that anyone lied about about Salmon Pak. You also don't have a link telling what was the nature of the lie detector story, it perhaps being quite limited to the very general "deception," all that is indicated/spelled out, by your link. Lie detectors are unreliable, and in fact what a man may have to hide which indicates "deception" on a lie detector test, may have little to do with the truth of much of his story. Your link in fact, IMHO, amounts to very scant evidence as to just what may or may not have been lied about (actually, non-existent evidence, truly, as nothing is spelled out).
For informational purposes here, I note that the Dulfer report says we found nuclear, biological and chemical-warfare facilities in Iraq...and scads of the raw materials required to manufacture WMD's, i.e. for instance "insecticides" well hidden in underground bunkers (hidden as in camouflaged, for no apparent innocent reason).
