Yes, I saw that. But you didn't suggest what might be convenient about it.

I searched the news on "NRA" and "convenience" and found nothing.

Does the NRA happen to have a convention in SF this week so they were all sitting around drinking and the idea occurred? Or maybe their file drawer labeled "S" is empty and the rest are filled so they were looking for a job in an "S" city? Or maybe they just finished a big case and have lawyers who were freed up just as SF acted? Or they just got a big donation and need to put the money to work before the end of the year or they'll have to pay tax on it?

It's hard to imagine filing a suit just because it's convenient. Do you have some insight on this?
