Saddam needed to be DISARMED, or to make sure he was not armed with WMD, not invaded and occupied. Bush lied saying the war powers were only to enforce inspections and he would invade only as a last resort. He lied to congress. We had inspectors in there doing a great job. Bush kicked them out and invaded. Why? Because he was so eager and didn't want the UN to find nothing? Why? Because he wanted the oil for his cronies? Or did Cheney want the 10 billion in Halliburton contracts? And did Rove want to use the war to swipe the mid-term elections so they could get away with more corruption?
