Kerry has successfully explained his war powers vote. And remember "war powers" does not mean invading and occupying. Bush promised congress that would only be a last resort if absolutely necessary.

Kerry said the only mistake democrats on congress made was believing the president and taking him at his word. Correct.

The intel they got was doctored and skewed. Colin Powell admits this now. I just heard the clip on the radio.
