My words were great today. Yes, I have finally arrived back where I was a couple years ago.....bowled 202, 142 and 199 today, for a 543 series. That made a happy day for me. Just had to brag a little as it has been a long spell since accomplishing this again. Hoping I can be creative enough to get back to having 600 series before too long. The exercise has helped me tremendously in building strength in my arms and legs and my attitude about competition in the game has returned in full force. LOL Thank you, and keep those good words coming.
