In reference to speculation reg. who will run for President on Repub side and also the Dem side. For starters on the Republican side, people whose names have been mentioned in social circles -----Condoleeza Rice,Gov. of California Schwarzenegger ------for starters. On the Dem side------Hilary of Arkansas(and New York) and Governor Mark Warner of Virginia. Hilary sent out fundraising letters targeted to women about 6 months ago in Virginia-----appealing to women with the same tired feminist rhetoric of the 1970's and 1980's. Hilary is not loved in Virginia and this put her further to the left in Virginia. Gov. Warner when ask if he would run for President noted that the Democrat Party must move to the center to take the Presidency. That is what he did to win the Governorship. By implication, that would rule out a Democrat victory for Hilary as she is thought of as extreme left of center. And, then there is Oprah Winfrey--what party----not obvious as she takes in a broad spectrum of people and thoughts. Thoughts on these?? mj
