Clinton either destroyed the last remaining WMD or there were none there anymore. Either way, by 2003 there were zero WMD in Iraq. Though we had to conduct enforced inspections to make sure of it. We were all for inspections with a real threat of force to back it up.

Don't try and confuse the issues here. Bush's rush into Iraq without a plan based on lies and exaggerations is the issue, and his lying to congress.
