alphasoftware.com another SWEBF/SKI timely and responsive move. One has to love this company for their real-time management responsiveness. Impressive to say the least. Usually management/insiders/Board are the last to make a timely move and are the reason for failure despite superior product(s) and reviews. This company is acknowledging and addressing their weaknesses in real time. What a rarity. Accordingly with leading-edge and timely responsiveness with their technologies and products (WebFiler, TurboFind, HoTMetaL, et al) coupled with this kind of management responsiveness, confidence in management and shareholder confidence in SoftQuad should be almost fully restored-(profitablilty). The profits may be lagging the management and product lines, however, it usually soon follows good management. Management is simply the most important ingrediant to maximizing shareholder value and SoftQuad is demonstrating superior shareholder accountability and corporate governance.
