nestegg, I really cannot understand why XOMA simply does not post an abstract of what was said, on its site. No legal review is needed! Whatever was said was said and whatever legal liability exist for such statements already exist.

Since Xoma does do more than other cos it's hard to really feel angry but I do try.

BTW I am really much more careful with my aquarium now and look foreward to getting rid of it.
