He said, in plain essence, "forced removal (presumably from office)," Just a reference to the "removal" of Bush and Cheney using force if necessary, wholly without allusion to any sort of voting which might not go his way (and surely he doesn't imagine they'll quit thus making the voting unnecessary. That would be a stupid thought process, IMHO. Maybe, maybe though). Now that you've given him ideas, perhaps he'll see the folly of his statement. If he intended as you suspect, he'll think before he writes so wrongly in the future (if indeed he did write against his intent as you suggest. But if he says so, I'll have to take his word for it).
