Tulvio - The SAL newsletter didn't provide that information, and I don't know what systems might be ready now. I know that JMAR stated at their annual meeting in July that they expected to make the first sale of their x-ray source in 1998. I don't have any other details. Regarding the various companies involved in the competition for this technology, it seems from what I've read that each company is trying to carve out a niche for itself. JMAR seems to have a system different from others in that it's more compact and more cost effective for smaller operations. Perhaps there will be a slice of the pie for all the players. Betty
