I think the action on Apollo was a short squeeze - very frantic buying. In fact, I got the short idea from a prominent short newsletter and most of those newsletters' shorts have been getting crushed (IOM, Cybercash, e*trade, NVX, ORG and others). I think someone got their hands on the newsletter and is profiting from squeezing. The newsletters were handed out free at the Money Show in San Fran a few weeks ago. What do think? Anyone know how hard it is to manipulate the market like that?
