It is a sad fact that, regulations not withstanding, a junior that has already been taken out to the woodshed has no incentive to release any further bad news. It is doubtful that the regulators would investigate short of a shareholder lawsuit since the market has already discounted the stock severely, and shareholders would be throwing good money after bad if they did pursue legal action. I think it is clear from their actions that NW has nothing good to report and, at the moment, no prospects going forward. As for TK and Peru -- well, it is Peru and the MAN experience is probably a good reference point for how viable the project is.
