tom - I grok, moving new monies to physical keeps me sane. All mining and exploration costs ( land, labor & capital) are rising. All the political, permit and enviro risks continue to plague. Managements baffle me at times. The sector is swimming in paper - talk about inflation! Mining silver at the local coin shop for less than 8 bucks continues to be the best deal in my book. I'm tired of the long reach to get leverage.
