Halliburton has stolen about a billion dollars in Iraq in the form of over-charges, gouging and double-dipping. Instead of being fired and punished, it was given more deals.

It was also highly unethical and possibly illegal for Cheney, their CEO, to give them a huge no-bid contract, profiting from the very war Cheney was pushing. IMHO, both Cheney and Halliburton ought to in thoroughly investigated. I smell big huge rats on this one.
