Dabum3, I would consider his comments suspect. Tanker rates have been rising almost daily, which suggests strong demand. I believe that if there was any truth to his claim, tanker rates would fall the day demand weakened as well as the tanker stocks. Speaking of which, do you watch FRO? I tried to go to Tankerworld to get specific info to back up my claim, but for some damn reason every time I tried to access the info there, I get an illegal operation flag and all my windows close. Frustrating to say the least. First time that has happened since I started using Mozilla. Dave.
