This may be Bush-Cheney's biggest scandal yet washingtonpost.com How and when the massive energy gouging was planned. The energy gouging is at the heart of the Bushie corruption. SO far there have been no investigations into it outside the California Enron-Reliant cases where the Bushie companies were found guilty.
