Jim you asked - 'The thing I would like to know is, why would Quadrax buy a company and not use any money that the company make's.... Quadrax needs money anywhere they can get it.' If Victor makes a loss - then Jim P will sell some more QDRX shares to cover it. If Victor makes a profit then it all goes into a bank account until Quadrax Composites dies - at which time the bros take over a fat connector cord company - got it Jim? What burns me is that Jim P spent 800 grand on Victor .... that money could have been spent on developing the composites business. JD
