I hardly see that as an unmitigated disaster. Only time will truly tell, as one can plainly see by the title of this thread.

I have never, nor will ever, own a housing company stock. There is much more money to be made in this business doing private equity deals, or doing deals ones' self.

I find the ghoulish behavior on this thread entertaining, considering that this "crash" has been imminent for well over four years now.
