If we were to drop a white phosphorus bomb on an Iraqi city and then lie about it are we saving the city or just using a chemical WMD to "discriminately" kill a bunch of insurgents and bring democracy and freeeeedom to the survivors, if any? NAAAAH, only an evil Saddam would use a chemical WMD on an Iraqi city full of insurgents.
