That response took my breath away. So one or two lives no longer count. Or even a few thousand....to be killed by WMD, it has to be over tens of thousands to count, eh?

Would you count anthrax to tens of thousands as a WMD? Or smallpox that killed a few thousand? Or does that have to be tens of thousands too, so it could be called WMD?

Obviously, my mileage does differ.
