Tom, It always seems easier than it is. Can I just mentioned that BCM appears to still be waiting after its Santa Anna permits after almost 10 months of work. It is simply how it works. You must first get approvals and agreement from all the owners of the land. Then you must go through different agencies depending on type and size of drilling. The normal and standard delay is 3 months. So TK is well within the standard. Furthermore, given the quality and specifics of this property, we can be give TK some leeway.
