No idea. I know lots of country folks are moving to the city, so I suspect the farms are getting bigger and more corporate, whatever version of it they use. Mostly all I know about China is that they are big, they all want to live like us, their air is dirty, Walmart likes them,and if you drop china on the floor, it breaks. Oh, and they like wind...
