re: Clinton has great instincts. He knows when to go in for the kill. It might not be too long before things really start to change. It's considered bad form for a former to criticize a sitting President. Both Clinton and Carter have been breaking the rule... some even say Bush 1 is using others to criticize Bush 2. But they all try to walk a fine line. I would like to hear what Clinton says in private. John
