they tried to get cheney notes open to public i believe even sued to get them open and lost. this is another way for them to see if they can find out what went on during those energy meetings. i expect if they did have them come back they all would refuse to explain what went on during the meeting since it has already been determined those meetings are not public record.

imo anyone calling these executives back to the hill will shut off any chance of financial support in running for election. usually companies will give to both parties. If i was ceo being called to be humiliated i would shut them down financially. Certainly you know their votes are not with you on any projects or bills.
