TideGlider, I wholeheartedly agree with this! The choice to use drugs, or not use, is always there--and there before the fact. Whatever crime/tragedy/disaster [choose your own word] occurs after the fact should be placed squarely on the shoulders of the one who caused it. The concept of intent or lack of intent must be ascribed to that initial choice--to use or not to use. - Holly
