Good point on the price explosion in many intown locations. Amazing the discrepancy in prices I've seen in the overbuilt suburbs of Atlanta and Houston versus how high it is in gentrified neighborhoods intown. Amazing to pay $400-450k for 1500 sf condo in gentrified hood when you can get a 2500 sf house for only $150-200k out in the burbs. So different from bubble markets like mine where everything is so overpriced these days..
