MJ -I am not familiar with WGAT, maybe I should be. I found this MOT comment interesting.

Sure Sounds like they put in a bid or were very interested at a lower price.

Just pretend SYNC was for sale on E-BAY. Nokia meet the reserve first<G> If you have ever been to an auction. You might know sometimes a late bidder approaches after the deal was thought to be over. SYNC accepted, only in this case the deal isn't closed yet. once break up fees, or announced cash payments for not completing the deal are announced. We will know more. If MOT did bid. IMO-This lessens downside risk if this current deal falls apart. IMO, this company would be much more valuable to a software company, or one who licences intellectual property. Once again, only an opinion!
