BTW, don't know if you know this, but there aren't 1.5 billion Muslims in the Middle East Wrong, there are less than 500 million in the ME (depending on where you start and stop). Egypt has 77 million, it falls pretty quickly after that. You aren't going to get over 500 million unless you call Pakistan and India the Middle East. 1.5 billion is on the planet.
