I really think King is creating as much of a road block for ATKJ as he can. All, allegedly, in the interests of his shareholders, or so he says.

I think he feels he has been done a dirty deed, and well it may be, but his tactics smell of revenge, pure and simple.

Let's hope the courts know what they are doing!
