You ignored some important points in there. One of the most important was:
Show me the clause of the federal Constitution that gives it any rights in the question of what anyone puts in their bodies. I failed to find it.

The incarceration rate has leveled off.
Get enough in and it's bound to. Hard to commit a robbery and get jailed again when you're sitting in a cell.

And the percentage of drug prisoners is declining.
Your definition of "declining" must be different than mine. Looks to me like it's still rising- -just not as fast as in the late '90s. Actually, if you look at the chart, there was a short decline around the year 2000 and it's heading up again.

OTOH, the Dow and NAZ aren't doing nearly as well either. Does this mean thay are "declining"?
