Insiders buys are a bait. The reality is that TTP is in a death spiral with toxic financing from Cornell Capital Partners. $35M over 2 yrs deal, $2M trances 6 days prior notice (opportunity to short), the Company will issue to Cornell a number of shares of its common shares equal to the amount of the draw-down divided by the lowest daily volume weighted average price of the Company’s common shares during the five trading days following the draw-down notice to Cornell, 5% commission, $500 to Yorkville ... When this thing is over, TTP will never see $35M cash since Cornell will have owned just under 10% of the common shares due to massive dilution.
