donpat, King is trying to cover his ass as he never revealed that HTDS lost the marketing rights to Tubercin in Oct of 2003. All this litigation is a smoke screen to take the heat off King & try to convince HTDS shareholders that Shinn was the bad guy. Eventually all HTDS shareholders will realized that King scammed them & cost them millions in losses. The appeals court will not overturn Hurley's ruling concerning the ownership & legal rights to Tubercin.
