Right - how easily one forgets THAT!

I kinda get the opinion that while King is sharp, he missed the boat on the patent stuff. He thought, I think, that he had the rights to the patent when, in fact, he had a license which gave him rights UNDER the patent, while he had the license, but not the patent itself. As I say, I kinda get that feeling from my read of things.
