Then it would surprise me if more customers were offended by the use of the term Merry Christmas than not. Who has done studies and polls, and how did they ever come up with the idea that a majority of customers are offended by the use of the term Merry Christmas by employees of retail stores? The answers to these questions have been conveniently left out of the equation.
