Although it's hard to argue with your record of success in prognistication on this one, there is a flaw in your post.

IF they are CF+, and I say IF, then they cannot be forced into BK, absent some weird thing like a product liability contingency perhaps if people die after ingesting their phone lines or get irradiated from their WiMax transmission.

There is a difference between share price and operations. IF they are CF+, they can stay in existence, irrespective of the share price. I also doubt that old debtors would be doing any more shorting at this point. They already made that score.
