Thus my post: Who has done studies and polls, and how did they ever come up with the idea that a majority of customers are offended by the use of the term Merry Christmas by employees of retail stores? The answers to these questions have been conveniently left out of the equation. Evidentially there are more people offended by the use of the term Merry Christmas than not, but I don't know that. According to your scenario that must be so.
