I appreciate the time you've taken to explain why people might think Bush lied, but what you fail to mention is that WMDs are exactly how SHs weaponry was described to Bush, his administration and every other major world government by the intelligence community. The U.N. wasn't spending all that time, money and manpower looking for guns and bullets. SH had used chemical weapons previously, prevented inspections by the U.N. and boasted about his arsenal in the past. What the MSM refuses to do is cover the time line that led everyone to believe he did indeed have WMDs and that he wouldn't hesitate to use them because he'd used them before. If they were the least bit honest they would report this time line and ask some serious questions.

The argument that Bush had some sort of secret information only he and a few select others used to manipulate this war for oil or what ever is incredibly hard to believe, and easily disputed. You do notice that none of these critics have supplied the world with proof of their major accusations.

The term was adopted by this administration because they....like almost everyone else on earth.......believed SH possessed WMDs in the form of chemicals and was seeking WMDs in nuclear form.

Bush, Rice, Powell, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz etc, rightfully called them WMDs because that is exactly what they were told SH had.
