Jim Cramer is one powerful person in the US. He can move a stock as good as anybody:

There are not that many stocks that Cramer does not know. This means that if does not know a stock, the general market does not know either.

Yesterday he Cramer was stumped by a caller asking a stock ALVR - Alvarion. He promised to check on that stock and get his opinion. Today the stock closed at $ 7.67 up 0.10. When Mad Money was aired, Cramer gave a bullish outlook for this Israeli wireless broadband company. After hours trade on ALVR was $ 8.87 - up 1.20 or 15.6% from the close! And this one is on a undiscovered stock until Cramer mentioned it.
