The stock to be watching is DHCC. They probably have the best piece of developable property on the Gulf Coast -- 400 acres, 2 miles of waterfront and 2 miles along I-10.

no one really knows the company and if you look at their last press release they tell you they have offers in writing. They
have been smokin' for the last month and it appears there is still plenty of room to go.
