Well, actually Sir George Solti, the great conductor of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra died just after Mother Teresa, so I would say he was number three. Versace was too long ago, not included in this triad of morbidity. Perhaps Burgess Meredith was the beginning of a new one? He was a wonderful actor.
