Hi Czecho,

Funnily enough the slate of Board members proposed for election in the Notice of Annual Meeting did not mention either of these two people. On second reading of the press release however, I note that these two are being recruited to be on a Scientific Advisory Board and not on the Board of Directors. So it is not quite the same thing I was talking about.

In answer to your question, yes, I think this is an improvement and I am glad that they have a Scientific Advisory Board but I would still like such people to be on the Board of Directors (and have suggested as much in returning my proxy votes).. An advisory board is just that. It advises. The Board of Directors can do what it wants with advice it is given, including ignoring it, one presumes.
