The habitually foolish seem to always fail in inductive reasoning ability. The hopelessly entrenched are doomed never to learn from their mistakes. Habitual liars use non logical reasoning. It would seem that you're referring to me as an habitual liar? We've hardly discussed anything an yet you're using a lie such as this? THe court has ruled a specific implementation of line item veto is not constitutional. But isn't that the reasoning behind amendments? Aren't they used to deal with exceptions? Isn't the constitution supposed to be a living document?
