Jon, It sounds like the main theme of the article is that 5.4 billion of new IPO shares have hit the street this year. And the notion is that the insiders have been selling to the public near the top of the equity cycle in ships.

I'm fairly neutral on the meaning of the information presented in the article.

The Barron's cover story of 2 weeks ago.... regarding the 2 Trillion warchest that US industry has built up definitely part of the bullish case for US stocks.

and then Joseph McKay's Interview of the new nifty 50 from this week's Barron's has helped the tone of the Market somewhat (imo) His valuation analysis of Google is of some interest.
