On Saturday Brinker reiterated his bullish position on the market and
further expects that the recent market "backing and filling" would,
in no wise, constitute a decline of more than 10% from DJIA highs.
Brinker noted that he anticipates this current corrective phase will
be short-lived and provide a base from which new highs (between
DJIA 8300 and 8500 dollars) will spring.

Citing history, Brinker dated the overall bull market from mid-August
1982 at DJIA 777 whereas the latest leg of this unprecedented bull run
stems from October 1990 at DJIA 2365.
