The joke case I was speaking of was the actual indictment of Mr. Libby. As to your invented convention, you don't get and you never will. If this new individual is a former WH whatever, your questions are even more absurd. And if this individual only spoke with reporters who were not publicly known as part of the revelation, then he was not in any way part of the leak. Revealing Wilson's wife was working for the CIA was not and is not a crime and thus would not be part of an investigation of who leaked the name Valarie Plame. The entire investigation is now a joke because fitz is now a self made joke.
