Eh? Re: "The President is authorized... as he determines to be necessary and appropriate...." Exactly as I said. Re: "...enforce all relevant United Nations Security Council Resolutions regarding Iraq." Yah... too bad we could never get the UN to agree with us on that little point, though. By the UN's lights it was an unauthorized action, hence an illegal war, because the UN never authorized us to 'enforce Security Council resolutions' in Iraq.... (What do 'ya think? Bet they would have authorized us to enforce one of their countless resolutions against Israel though if we'd asked, eh? :) LOL.
