It's great you are getting through to management. Just sneak in a few comments to make sure we are not the source of the hollywood lifestyle with the hot wife <ggggg>. (and I didn't mean your lifestyle, which you foster through your own obvious hard work and credibility.)
Seriously though, it may be good to re-iterate that he has reached an end result with shareholders' largesse. In other words, each r/s and dilution cycle, has led to less and less bottom line to them. If it happens again, there are some fairly prolific message board posters who will become the next generation of truth sayers, warning away future targets.
Of course, we know it won't happen again because it makes so much more sense for management to realize that their own selfish interest coincides with their fiduciary duties to minority shareholders, as well as their obligations under Rule 10(b)-5 (relating to manipulative actions.)
In fact, my previous posts suggesting some inside buying, cutting the float, particularly by those, if any, who may have been fortunate enough to dump shares at much higher prices, could be reference points for management seeking to defend the corporate currency. |
